These terms & conditions inform you how you can visit and use our web site and apply to all transactions carried out on the site. Please read them carefully. By using this site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms & conditions you must not use or access our web site. We may require you to confirm your acceptance of these terms when you place any orders. If you fail to provide acceptance you will not be able to place an order. We may change our terms & conditions, the content of the web site or withdraw products from our website at any time. Any changes will take place on the date that they are posted onto the site. Your continued use of our web site will be deemed as acceptance of such changes.

Orders
We accept orders from within and outside the Uk. You are able to correct any input errors on your order up until you click 'submit order'. Your order is then an offer to buy from us. On receipt of your order we will send you confirmation by e mail that we have received it.This confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order and the point at which we are contractually obliged to fulfill your order will either be (a) at the time and date we agree a delivery date with you; or (b) the actual date of delivery, whichever is the earlier. Please note that at any point up until agreeing a delivery date we may decline to supply a product to you if we are unable to obtain such a product from our supplier. if we decline to supply a product to you and you have already paid for it we will give you a full refund of any amount already paid for that product or offer you an alternative product.

Price & Payment
You can pay by Mastercard, Visa, Delta or Switch / Maestro. The price payable for the products are clearly displayed on the site. All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of any excise duty and VAT unless otherwise stated. The price of some large items of furniture over 15 KG in weight to an address outside of our free delivery area do not include the price of delivery which will be charged at the delivery rates displayed in our delivery section of this site and will be added at the point at which you submit your order. Authority for payment is given at the time you submit your order and payment will be taken in full at the time of the order. Your card details are encripted to prevent the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure.

Cancelling Your Contract
Stock Items
Orders for products which we hold in stock for immediate delivery and as such are not made to your colour or specification can be cancelled within 7 working days of delivery either by phone (01202 422428) or by e mail info@mrcharles.co.uk We cannot accept the return of either mattresses or pillows where the packaging has been opened. If you decide to return a stock item to us after delivery you must return the item at your own cost. We will then refund the price of your order less any deductable charges as outlined below by crediting your card within 30 days of the date on which you gave notice of your cancellation. If you do not return the product within 30 days of the date of notice of cancellation you will be deemed to have accepted the product. To qualify for a full refund, your returned product and packaging must be in a saleable condition and both the product and its packaging must be in an unmarked condition. We reserve the right to withold up to 25% of the refund value of the returned goods if the product or packaging is in a condition which would result in the item being cleared at a reduced resale price.
Non-Stock Items
These are goods which have been ordered specifically to your specification from our suppliers and as such are subject to a delivery or lead time to allow the product to be manufactured to order. For all non stock items you are entitled to cancel your order either by phone (01202 422428) or e mail info@mrcharles.co.uk at any time within 72 hours of submitting your order without charge to you. After 72 hours of submitting your order you cannot cancel your contract for a non stock item as the factory will have commenced manufacture.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items
If we deliver incorrect or damaged goods we reserve the right to provide the correct product or provide a replacement part or item from the supplier. You must notify us within 7 days of an incorrect or damaged product by either telephoning us on 01202 422428 or via e mail info@mrcharles.co.uk

Products
We endeavour to make sure that all information on our web site is accurate and up to date. However, occasionally, errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered we will let you know and either invite you to renew the purchase contract for that particular product with the updated price or description or cancel your order. In addition, due to discrepancies between servers and monitors we cannot guarantee that the colour or finish of a product will match the picture you view on your screen. We will not be liable for any inaccuracies of the photographs on our web site. Finally, a picture of a product may contain other products or accessories. It should be noted that these are not included and your purchase is for the written description of the product rather than its depiction on the accompanying photograph.

Delivery
We will contact you on the telephone number you have supplied to advise you of delivery and arrange a date. Although we aim to deliver your order according to the agreed delivery date occasionally this may be dealyed or posponed and therefore cannot be guaranteed. We will endeavor to keep you informed of any delay to the best of our ability. Delivery can only be made to one delivery address for each order raised. Delivery is free if your address falls within our free delivery area : SP, SO, BA, PO, DT, BH and within the following areas of London : SE, SW, W. Access Guidelines
It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you have ordered will fit into your home and that there is sufficient access for our delivery team to reach your address. If you are unable to take delivery of your goods on the confirmed delivery date or we are unable to deliver the goods due to there being no safe means of access to the place of delivery we shall be entitled to cancel your order and refund your payment less the return delivery cost and an administration charge. If we have to redeliver your order or change a delivery date through no fault of our own we will be entitled to charge you a delivery fee even if the original order was within our free delivery zone.

Ownership & Risk
Ownership of the goods reverts to Mr Charles Ltd. in the event that you cancel the contract in accordance with these terms & conditions. Risk in the product passes to the consumer on delivery.
