Delivery Service
We deliver all items free of charge to all areas of mainland UK apart from the Scottish Highlands.
If you would like furniture delivered outside of this area please contact the store on 01202 422428 or enquiries@mrcharles.co.uk and we would be pleased to provide a quotation.
All our deliveries are made using experienced and professional delivery teams.
Deliveries are usually arranged between
9am and 4.30pm Monday - Friday apart from bank holidays.
All orders are carefully checked but not unwrapped before loading and our drivers will place the furniture in the room and remove the packaging where possible.
In the case of furniture delivered for self assembly or smaller items sent by post or courier we regret that we are not able to dispose of the packaging or wrapping.

We rely on the information you give to us in order to provide a trouble free delivery service. If you have restricted access to the front of your property or into the room where the furniture is to be delivered you must advise us of this by contacting us when you place an order.
Finally, on the day of delivery we would be grateful if you could ensure that a space has been cleared for the positioning of your new furniture. we regret that we are unable to dispose of your existing furniture although most councils have a furniture disposal service.
